"We have lived at Southern Meadow for 6 years and love it. It is just the right size with about 100 homes. As a result, we have gotten to know most of the residents quite well. The residents coordinate many regular activities like exercise, cards, billiards, horseshoes, pool volleyball. There are numerous special events during the year like Caribbean Night, Thanksgiving Dinner, pot luck dinners, and cake bake off. Management makes every effort to maintain the community (including clubhouse with fitness center, pool. Etc.) in optimum condition. We are a very friendly and social community."
